MARTIN JOHN FOWLER

Martin John Fowler is an artist working in the Yorkshire Lincolnshire Borders. Whilst traveling and recording the wild coastal areas from the Scottish isles to the hidden coves of Cornwall.
Martin works primarily outdoors on location reworking in his studio from sketches and notes made. Martin is interested in the sense and mood of a place and not making a literal copy, at the same time aiming for a critical balance of abstraction and reality. Martin’s paintings are collected both nationally and internationally.
